To my (shrieking) surprise – The Lab Light has been featured on the Bo Bedre website > here.
(after recently being featured on the cover of the covetable skandinavian mag)
If i can be (pretty damn) honest… I think my emotions can be equally weighed up between terrified and excited.
With a big dollop of “no way!”.
Thanks to all the guys at Platform - go have a look at their beautiful site if you get a moment.
This is a bit old… but i guess rather late than never?
Was very honored when the people (gender neutral enough?) from E&E asked me a couple of questions… which I may or may not have provided the appropriate answers for.
Have a look for yourself – elephants and easter.
We are so honored to be part of Yelda Bayraktar’s new store – which opened in Istanbul in December.
Yelda is a renowned South African interior designer, and she has combined all her skills into a store showcasing South African Design. The awe inspiring setting, alongside with Yelda’s impeccable curatorship makes me feel like this belongs in the World of Interiors.
Congratulations Yelda, you should be immensely proud of yourself.

Pronounced roo‘m magazine.
How wonderful – our lamp is on the cover of this lovely Danish magazine.
We don’t know much more at this point, but here’s a sneaky preview.

It’s worth a visit for some inspiration!
Now, this is where I get excited.
The incredible Karen Roos bought some lights from us last year – for her much acclaimed Babylons Toren Guest House. But what I adore, is when I see how beautifully she has curated her Guest Study.
I am just so honoured to be a part of this amazing selection of South African Design.
Please see Gregor Jenkin (i want that table) and Babylons Toren (i want to live there) – it will make your (design) day.
So, there I was.
Putting aching feet up after a mad set up for the Design Indaba Expo.
They give you this cool pack – with exhibitor info etc in it. Also included is the Design Indaba Magazine – with it’s slick black cover. And lo and behold – a double page spread! Now that’s a whole lot of Lab Light. And I did have a lot of visitors to stand 503.
Thanks guys, much appreciated.
