House HG – tumbling towards completion

This house makes me happy… and want to move in… quite inappropriately, with the client

The client is the most gracious woman I have met to date… which reminds me to always remember my manners.

The garden is going in – Leonard Rubin from Urban Farmer is a genius. and plant whisperer.

Floor is going in shortly.

Then we start moving in the furniture!
